Eco Villas

 The villas are situated about 50 meters from the shore of the pacific ocean at a perfect surfing spot with an unbelievable white sand beach and breathtakingly beautiful sunsets.

This is a resort of 4 villas that was built with alot of forethought and care for the preservation of nature and the environment.

The villas were built by "green construction standards" with the use of recycled building blocks, a water system for all the gardens making use collected rain water for watering. 
Villa Paraiso

Just completed Oct. 2009, the owner is a custom builder from Newport Beach, Ca and has put all his expertise into this home.

Our House is a very special place. Here we have many visitors that frequent the house daily, such as White Faced Monkeys, Black
Howler Monkeys, Lizards, King toads, Iguanas, and many bird species including the Humming Bird.

The house itself is twenty years old, and built out of a super dense wood called Corteza. Nicknamed Iron wood, Corteza

Casa Tortuga enjoys the privacy of it's own 1/2 acre lot, the security of a gated community and the serenity of flowering gardens and mature tropical hardwoods. There is a typical palm roof "rancho" (gazebo) with hammocks and private swimming pool which you may find hard to get out of to make the short two-minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches.

Casa Yin Yang is located on the best part of Santa Teresa.

A few minute walk down a private road/ with a private beach access and you are at the beach. 

Out front has the best surf breaks (sand and rock/reef).

One large bedroom with one large bed and one small bed. Also has a desk and closet.

Kitchen with many appliances and plenty of counter space for cooking.

Living room with leather couch,TV, DVD player and cable.

Bathroom has a tile shower with strong water pressure.
