Our House is a very special place. Here we have many visitors that frequent the house daily, such as White Faced Monkeys, Black
Howler Monkeys, Lizards, King toads, Iguanas, and many bird species including the Humming Bird.

The house itself is twenty years old, and built out of a super dense wood called Corteza. Nicknamed Iron wood, Corteza
is said to be so hard that termites would break their teeth trying to eat it. We are fortunate to have a beautiful view
of the Pacific Ocean and gentle cool breezes for the majority of the day.

Our house is perfect for couples that surf and want to get away, families with children, and honeymooners looking to have
privacy and tranquillity in idyllic surroundings. We have 2 air conditioned bedrooms on the upstairs floor, together with a bathroom, and common area
that can be utilized for the 4 bunk beds we offer if needed.

On the lower level you will find a big master bath with hot water shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.
All of our rooms have their own Ocean view. On our front porch we have multiple hammocks and rocking chairs which are perfect for relaxing on, reading a book, taking a siesta or just watching the waves breaking on the outside reef below whilst sipping a cocktail.
